Well, we have the first few weeks under our belt. We dove into Painting, printmaking, and pin-hole camera making. Enjoy the pictures!
We are still doing program collaborations with The Burke County Library. This past Friday we worked with grades Kindergarten-5th making snowflakes and cardboard sculptures. We had a blast and spread the glitter-joy EVERYWHERE!
The Project Flower collaboration is also a part of our monthly schedule. Hannah teaches english language learners fun, and simple projects they can do using household items.
More classroom work. Color wheels, lap looms, watercolor, mixed media, horses and block printing.
What's coming up:
tossAFTERHOURS (classes for adult beginners, that take place around Morganton):
- A watercolor class is headed your way. Date TBA soon!
- We are going to teach a Linoleum printmaking class series. Date TBA soon!
Special thanks to:
The Burke Arts Council, TOSSafter families, and Melinda Davis.
